Q. How do purchase my order?

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” / Click “Checkout” to proceed your payment.
  3. Confirm order and proceed to checkout
  4. Register account on AunHuat or Log in
  5. Confirm “Shipping Address”  & click “Payment Methods” .
  6. Upload banking transfer receipt in "My Account" 
  7. Waiting for our delivery service  ( Working : Mon-Sun  9.30am-7.00pm).

Q. How to change account  information and shipping address

  • Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.



Q. I forgot my Password for my account?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box and Click Submit.
  2. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.



Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?

  • Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status. Please Whatsapp to our customers service Whatsaap 016-557 8555 to inform us about the cancellation order.
  • Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.

 

Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?

  • Delivery usually will takes about <1 Working Days> to <3 Working Days>
